We offer a free repair service if bought less than 2 months ago. You need to send the stone and clasps back to have repaired. The necklace will be sent back on a new card and packaging.

You will be charged shipping to have the necklace sent back to you.
We highly recommend you use a padded mailer to return the necklace to protect it and also tracking, If necklace gets lost in the post we take no responsibility.
